Everything you need to prepare for sitting the Oxford ELLT at our approved Vive Education Group centre in Gulshan-2, Dhaka — from what to bring, when to arrive, to what happens step-by-step.
Before You Come
Failure to bring the correct documents will result in refusal of entry — no exceptions.
Bring the original passport you used to register on the Oxford ELLT portal. The name and photo must match your registration exactly. Photocopies, expired passports or other IDs are not accepted.
A printed or digital copy of your Oxford ELLT booking confirmation email — showing your candidate name, test date and unique test code.
Have your Oxford ELLT access code ready (from your registration email). This is required to launch your test at the workstation.
Passport Verification is Strict
Our Test Centre Co-ordinator will physically verify your passport against your Oxford ELLT registration before you are seated. If names, photo or details do not match — you will not be permitted to sit the test and the fee will not be refunded.
Step-by-Step
What happens from the moment you arrive at our Gulshan-2 centre to receiving your official result.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled test time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to sit the exam and no refund will be issued.

The Co-ordinator confirms your microphone, camera, screen share and internet are working. You will run a short system check before launching.
You launch the Oxford ELLT with your access code. Listening, Reading, Writing modules run in sequence — Speaking is scheduled separately with a live examiner.

Plan for ~3 hours end-to-end including check-in, all modules and a short break.
